The hotel was dirty, staff were unhelpful just wanted your money. turkish baths, which my i add where like dicing with your honour if you were a woman alone.you were often asked if you wanted extras and they would rub themselves on you.Food horrible, staff threatining and ignorant.

Have been going to portabello for many years with no problems, but beleive me this year was the most disapointing holiday we have ever had.
Accomodation fabulous but staff were the most unhelpful ever.
Manangement not interested in you as people, only your money. Very very disapointed. Nothing like the past years.
Thompson not at fault very helpful reps.

Having read previous reports on this hotel i was worried about what to expect but having arrived back from a 2 week holiday at the Pineta just 2 days ago felt i should submit a review.

Our room was clean with bedding and towels replaced regularly also included was free fridge, air conditioning, hairdryer and Dove body wash and Organics shampoo!our room did not overlook the pool but neither did it overlook a dumping ground?? We arrived early morning and were met off the coach by a porter who took all the luggage to the room and showed us how to use electricity air con etc

Food was good with lots of variety as guests were from many european countries and all were catered for a chef grilled meat every night and would grill it spice free if the children asked him.Food and drinks service was excellent only thing not included was ice cream but it was available for a small cost. Men worked around pool all day to get you sunbeds and umbrellas and would remove towels from beds if left unattended for hours on end also they constantly cleaned up plates/cups and swept around pool to try to prevent it being too slippery.

Entertainment team worked all day and evening to keep kids accupied in particular alex from the Ukraine. There was a free bus service to hotels own stretch of beach in Icmeler with free loos, sunbeds and showers.Hotel had 24 Hour shop ,hairdresser, jeweller, photographer, massage, sauna handmade gift stand and also had own security who dealt promptly with any mislaid children!

No complaints from us in fact one of my childrens favourite holidays.

My Friend and I were trying to choose between Menorca and Crete and couldn't, so we opted for Turkey instead! We are very glad we did. We were travelling last minute so didn't know what to expect and had only a small picture of the Nature apartments and the other reviews on this website to go by.
The moment we arrived we started laughing and carried on for the whole week we were there. We were made to feel totally at home, the staff were so freindly and couldn't do enough to keep us happy.

The room was basic but kept clean and tidy by the excellent maids. One word of caution, bring your own toilet roll as Ali in reception guards it with his life!

We spent most of our time chilling out by the great pool being thoroughly entertained by the wonderful bar staff. Huseyin and his brother Gorkem and cousin Mert totally made our holiday and were always on hand to give us late night drinks in the bar ( or early morning!)

The owner was a source of great amusement even though as far as we could tell he didn't do very much at all! but just being there made us smile!

We will definitely be going back and cant' wait to see all of the great friends we made there.

Dirty hotel, inedible food which all members of staff helped themselves to whilst guests were eating.
Food was left uncovered for hours then the remains were served the following day.
Cold showers, no water for tea/coffee one morning.
No water to wash or shave on another morning.
Dirty glasses were left on landings for days.
We changed hotels ASAP
A lively resort with friendly people and plenty of bars and good eateries on the main thorofare.

The club cettia is a brilliant hotel this is where we stayed when we first moved over to turkey to live me and my 15 year old daughter had the best times of our lives we are back in england for the moment but in around 10 months are moving back to turkey together in marmaris.

i highly recomend club cettia hotel it is far by best the best hotel i experienced on all of my travels around turkey.

my daughter can now speak fluent turkish and helps me haggle down at the local bazzar that is not to far away for club cettia and their friendly staff

The complex was to the highest standards and excelent value for money. The accomodation was spotless clean and although there was 4 of us sharing a 1 bed apartment we had plenty of living space. Our holiday was made more special due to the staff who were very attentive and looked after our every need and also very informative as to the area. Special thanks go to Oscar, Idris and Sergy for looking after us so well, thanks to all the other staff who also contibuted to us having a fantastic holiday. We enjoyed our holiday so much we have already booked for 2 weeks next June and can't wait. Only one point of concern, the storage space for clothing was inappropriate for 4 people all that is needed is a few extra set's of drawers and there is plenty of space to add these.

Well happy holidays to anyone considering this accomodation I know you won't be dissapointed. Mag's Alison Sharon Diane

the entertainment in the hotel was very gud!with diffrent shows every nyt!the turkish nyt was excellent with loverly food at the bbq!

drinkin in the hotel was quite expencive!

the hotel resturant called bella blue is also very nice! we eat there quite alot!
if ur out 4 breakfasts the best place to go is just round the corner at the red lion propa english bacon!!!

My wife, 2 children and I have just returned from the Caprice Beach Hotel in Marmaris and even though overall we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there are a few things that you should know.
1. the so called entertainment (4 acts on a rotation basis -we saw the same act 4 times)is all of about 15 minutes every night
2. the kids club is totally aimed at the Dutch and Russian children, there is one kids club rep that speaks very broken English (a waste of time for my children)
3. the free bar closes at 11pm then you have to pay! I thought all inclusive meant ALL inclusive!!!
4. the food is NOT up to standard and very poor,it reminded me of the old Butlins, the food is un-recognuisable and not labelled so we didn't know what we were supposed to be eating, the hotel manager said that they cater mostly to the dutch (about 60%), we spoke to some very nice Dutch people who also thought the food was poor, the hotel definitely DOES NOT cater for the Dutch so who do they cater for? The flies like the food though!!!
5.there were only 3 British couples in the whole hotel that's including us.

Good points are:
most of the staff are friendly, the rooms are cleaned with new bedding provided daily, the pool is big and never overcrouded (but there is a distinct lack of Chlorene - my wife and youngest daughter both picked up ear infections and had to get some drops and anti-biotics), the location of the hotel is perfect as it is not too far to either Marmaris centre or Icmelar.

We would deffinitely go back to Turkey but would not go all inclusive.

Just come back from 2 weeks at the blue bays and let me tell you we are all glad to be home! We stayed all inclusive and the food was terrible my daughter who is 6 years old lived off chips with tomatoe sauce (which were limited).
the hotel itself was gorgeous and the maids were excellent they came everyday and even took me down to the laundery room in search for my daughters fluffy dog teddy which got mixed up in the sheets i found him in the end though!

The pool bar which was supposed to be british style was terrible the staff were rude! With the hotel having all inclusive, self catering and b&b when u went to the bar for a drink because we had a blue band on it was like we were getting it for free, when in actual fact we paid ALOT more than we would if we had come self catering.
one of the bar staff was all over the women all the time which got on everyones nerves a bit.

The night time entertainment was none existant apart from the kids mini disco which only lasted 25 mins at the most, and there was a snake show once.
Then they just put turkish music on for you to listen to by the time we got on the plane home the kids were all singing in turkish!!

The outdoor pool was nice and if u got up early enough u managed to get a sunbed. the indoor pool how ever was tiny and absolutly stunk of bleach i got in once and got straight back out!!

the gym was a exercise bike which was broken and a sit up bench and the sauna didnt work!

The best bit of the holiday was the market where we got loads of really good clothes and trainers.

I will never go back to the blue bays even if it was free!!!!!!!!!!!!

This has got to be the worst ever all inclusive hotel I have ever been to, the rooms were dated, basic and in need of complete refurbishment. The food was inedible, it the only all inclusive hotel I have ever been in where most of the guests left before breakfast and returned after evening meal. The manager is in real need of a course in 'people skills', due to his bad attitude and rudeness.
In short, it was like 'Fawlty Towers' without Cybil.
