Puerta Pollensa is a destination I would go back to time and time again. If you want a relaxing beach holiday this is the place. Pine walk area is great as there are no cars on beach front. Very safe sea and lovely beach for kids and older people alike, I wouldn't recommend it to party animals as no night clubs, but plenty of restaurants. Not particularly cheap, but good food can be found at reasonable prices off sea front. We always self cater, as we appreciate a fridge in room and a balcony is a must. loads of Spar supermarkets about. Found charity shop for all our books one euro a book, and if you read a lot as we do on holiday it can be quite expensive buying books to take over, plus the weight in suitcases.
People are great, no troublesome lager louts.
Small bus station if you fancy travelling around a bit, and Pollensa old town worth a visit. The Flora apartments were basic but clean and near to beach, we didn't use pool as beach is too good to miss. We will go back again.
