| Hotel in quiet jewish district of Krakow (Kazimertz) Breakfast was plentiful and good but room left a lot to be desired. Plug outlets all loose, room was very dusty and fag ends left on balcony floor was offputting. Beds never made properly. All reception staff very polite and friendly. 15 min walk into centre but nice quiet location if a little scruffy

| Excellent value for money in this fairly new hotel, rooms were very clean and the towels changed daily. Great choice at the buffet breakfast of hot and cold food. Hotel is very central with a 10 minute walk into the centre of the city, however the older part of town would take about 35 minutes to walk to, taxis are plentiful and reasonably cheap. Definately use this hotel again.
